先核实事实，再选择适合的路径。A general sequence for property, matrimonial and inheritance matters: establish the facts, then select an appropriate route.
说明所在国家、身份、国内事项与办理目标，初步明确服务范围。Tell us your country of residence, personal status, the matter in China and your objectives so we can outline the scope of assistance.
核对身份、亲属或婚姻关系、财产与债务；判断管辖、时限和需补材料。Review identity, family or matrimonial relationships, assets and debts; assess jurisdiction, deadlines and any missing documents.
确定权限及用文要求，按需办理公证、附加证明书或领事认证、译文等手续。Define the scope of authority and document requirements, arranging notarisation, an apostille or consular legalisation, and translations where required.
与法院、公证处、登记机构或银行衔接；可代理的事项由受托人推进，需本人参与的环节提前安排。Coordinate with courts, notaries, registration authorities or banks. A representative handles matters that may be delegated, with personal participation arranged in advance where required.
落实权属变更、财产交付或款项分配，整理办理结果；涉税及跨境汇款要求按实际业务另行核实。Implement ownership changes, delivery of assets or distribution of funds and retain the records. Tax and cross-border remittance requirements are checked separately for the actual transaction.
境外文件使用附加证明书或领事认证，需结合条约适用与用文机构要求判断；附加证明书不代替对文书内容的审查。符合条件的诉讼授权可向法院申请视频见证，该方式并不替代所有境外证据的证明手续。Whether an overseas document needs an apostille or consular legalisation depends on treaty applicability and the receiving institution. An apostille does not verify the document’s contents. Eligible litigation authorisations may be witnessed by a court via video; this does not replace authentication requirements for all overseas evidence.
离婚登记需双方本人参与，诉讼中的出庭或远程参与安排应向法院确认。不动产继承存在不同登记路径，继承权公证并非所有情形的必经步骤。Both parties must participate personally in divorce registration. Attendance or remote participation in litigation should be confirmed with the court. Inherited real estate may be registered through different routes; inheritance notarisation is not mandatory in every case.
